Mulabus is a Khajiit noble who can be found during a random encounter along the side of the road throughout Northern Elsweyr. He is accompanied by Khishmina and Arentus Rian. Together, they are standing around their campfire.

Mulabus left Rimmen due to the pressures mounted upon Khajiiti nobility by Queen Euraxia.

Dialogue

He chose to leave Rimmen to explore the world:

"When Euraxia took over Rimmen, she did not wish to keep Khajiiti nobles like this one around."

"Kicked out? No. The Usurper Queen did not make it easy for us, though, so this one decided it would be better to see more of the world."
