Tarani Relarys is a Dark Elf bounty hunter who is tracking down the three fugitives on Galen: Urredhel, Elissa Marcellinus and Sabashur. She can be met as part of a random encounter in the wilderness of the island.

When she is tracking down Urredhel:

Tarani Relarys: "I'd say he's been through recently, but that scent's known to linger …"

Speaking with Tarani about Urredhel:

"He's been through here. I'd know that stench of his anywhere."

Are you looking for someone?

"House Mornard put out a bounty on three gang members, each of them dangerous in their own twisted way.
Just my luck that they've split up across Galen. But I suppose it's easier to break them one by one than face them bundled together."

Who is your mark?

"First bounty's on a Bosmer called Urredhel. Always had a hunch he'd try to make it to Amenos one day. It's a prime hunting ground for someone as twisted as him.
But it seems he's decided to whet his appetite for murder on Galen first."

Where is he now?

"The Stonelore reported glimpses of someone fitting his description lurking near Glimmertarn on the north side of Galen.
He's sneaky enough to not be seen, but he feeds off of fear. Best take care of him before he decides to kill again."

When she is tracking down Elissa Marcellinus:

Tarani Relarys: "Imperial cunning will only get you so far, Elissa …."

Speaking to her:

"Imperials never do well with isolation, do they? She'll tire of hiding before long."

Who is your mark?

"Elissa Marcellinus, Imperial sorcerer. Suspected of murder even before she fell in with the Ascendant Order.
Her societal connections protected her back on the mainland, but House Mornard isn't willing to give safe harbor to her blood lust."

And where is she hiding?

"She's somewhere on the east side of Galen, near what the locals call the Embervine.
She may try to integrate with the druids, but more likely she's using the hotspot there as a convenient smokescreen for her experiments with Daedric sorcery."

When she is tracking down Sabashur:

Tarani Relarys: "If that ship leaves Windwrack, it'll be too late for me to catch that Khajiit."

Speaking to her:

"That Khajitt has to be close. He can't have made it off Galen already."

"A Khajiit by the name of Sabashur. Assassin for hire who crossed the wrong person and fell in with this crowd. Now his name has made it to the top of my bounty list.
Pity. Got a feeling he was the most principled of the bunch, at least."

Do you know where he is?

"South side of Galen, near Windwrack Fort. Loves his work, hates not keeping busy. Got a feeling he's waiting for the right moment to stow away and get back to it.
We'll see if me and my sword can persuade him to take an extended leave."
